Refund & Return Policy

TL;DR: WisePH is an affiliate site. We do not sell products directly. If you bought something through a link on this site, your purchase is with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. All refund and return requests must go through the platform where you made the purchase.

WisePH does not sell products

WisePH is an informational blog. Specifically, some articles contain affiliate links to products on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. When you click one of those links and make a purchase, the transaction happens entirely on that platform. In other words, WisePH is not the seller. We do not collect payments, hold inventory, or process orders.

As a result, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or return requests on your behalf. Instead, go directly to the platform where you placed the order for any issue with a product.

How to return a product by platform

Each platform has its own buyer protection program. Below is a quick guide on where to go for each one. However, note that steps may change as platforms update their apps.

Shopee returns

Generally, Shopee offers buyer protection on eligible orders. To request a return or refund, go to Me > Purchases, select the order, and tap Return/Refund. However, you must file the request within Shopee’s return window, which varies by seller and product category. For full details, visit Shopee Buyer Protection.

Lazada returns

Similarly, Lazada’s buyer protection covers most orders. To file a return, go to My Orders, select the item, and tap Return Item or Get Support. In general, you have up to 7 days from delivery to request a return on most items. For full details, visit the Lazada Help Center.

TikTok Shop returns

TikTok Shop has a buyer protection policy for eligible purchases. To file a return, open the TikTok app, go to Profile > Orders, select the order, and tap Apply for Return/Refund. Similarly, return windows and eligibility depend on the seller and item type. For full details, use the support option inside the TikTok app.
