The Department of Energy reported the range across all oil companies in its weekly Oil Monitor: diesel increase of ₱4.60 to ₱4.62, gasoline increase of ₱1.00, kerosene increase of ₱2.30 to ₱4.20 per liter. The figures above fall within it.

Why prices moved: Dubai crude rose about $2.30 a barrel. International gasoline fell about $2.10 a barrel, diesel rose about $6.50 and kerosene rose about $5.00. The peso weakened from ₱61.43 to ₱61.52 per US dollar, which makes imported fuel more expensive. (Trading week of July 6 to 10, 2026; figures from the Department of Energy's Oil Monitor.)

The week before (July 7, 2026), diesel went up ₱3.30 per liter, gasoline went up ₱0.25 and kerosene went up ₱1.75. From January 1 to this week, the Department of Energy counted 28 price adjustments, leaving gasoline up a net ₱46.27, diesel up a net ₱39.75 and kerosene up a net ₱36.62 per liter. For a 40-liter gasoline fill-up, that meant ₱40.00 more; for a 60-liter diesel tank, ₱276.00 more.
